- virus-vector relationship
- detection of plant viral diseases (serological assays, molecular biology techiques, biotests, immunoelectron microscopy analysis)
- machine learning in life sciences
Current Projects
- Application of artificial neural networks to estimate the population size of the herbivorous mite Aceria tosichella (grant no 014/34/UAM/0060 within the „Initiative of Excellence – Research University” (ID-UB) project, Principal Investigator)
- The detection and genetic divevrsity of nepoviruses affecting Rubus spp plants in Poland (subject of the research project within the doctoral thesis in agriculture and horticulture discipline of science, Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW)
